Order of the National Agency of Fiscal Administration (ANAF), no. 3569/2011 on the reporting of deliveries/supplies and acquisitions performed in Romania by taxable persons registered for VAT purposes and for approving the form and content of the informative statement concerning deliveries/supplies and purchases performed in Romania by taxable persons registered for VAT (i.e. form 394) (hereinafter “the Order”) has been published in Official Journal of Romania no. 927 of 28 December 2011.
