Extension of the period in which a taxpayer may request correction of errors in tax payments

Under Law no. 126/2011, published in the Official Journal of Romania, the period in which a taxpayer may make a request to the tax authorities to correct errors in payment documents has been extended from one to five years.

The Social Security Agreement concluded between Romania and the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter “the Agreement”), signed on 27 April 2010, has been ratified by the Romanian side.
