Payment Ordinance under the New Civil Procedure Code - a useful tool for creditors

The absolute novelty brought by the NCPC is the creditor’s right to file a petition to revoke a payment ordinance (art. 1023 par.2), if its case has been only partially admitted by the court. Up until now, only the debtor bound by a court ruling could challenge such court decision.
