Managing international assignments 

Many multinational companies see advantages in posting employees abroad, to deploy talent to best effect. But foreign postings can bring challenges. The company will need to comply with tax and social security legislation in both the host country and in the country of origin. At the same time, it will need to create employment structures which avoid unnecessary tax or social security burdens.
