When considering transactions, businesses currently have a number of factors to consider – who to bid for and when to bid; whether to stay close to home or head abroad, among many others. However, they must also account for continued Euro-zone uncertainty, the possibility of sovereign defaults and rising stock markets. Plus, CFOs are faced with the changing role of due diligence.
