We are proud of the culture that exists at KPMG. We put our people first, they are just as important as our clients and we encourage them to be themselves and do the best they can be. Our vision for the firm is widely shared by our people, in the latest KPMG People Survey, 89% of our people indicated their strong belief in the strategic direction being pursued by the firm.
