Eric is responsible for a team of professionals engaged on IT Advisory projects covering IT project management, IT assurance and IT governance. Eric has led a number of Business Continuity Planning engagements predominantly within the Financial Services Sector. His main focus is the bridging of the technology / business gap and can relate well to the C-level within organisations.

Eric founded the KPMG's IT Governance Forum in Malta which brought together Directors and their equivalent from major Maltese entities to discuss the issues faced by enterprises which have become IT dependent.
