New regulations on branches, representative offices and additional units of banks

The National Bank of Moldova has adopted new regulations which provide conditions for the setting up of branches, representative offices and additional units of banks in the Republic of Moldova, the method for preliminary approval for operating of branches and representative offices, notification on opening of additional units, permitted activities as well as the method for closure of appropriate units.
