We have a dedicated Learning and Development Department located within our offices, whose sole responsibility is to ensure that we develop and present you with training and development courses which are relevant to your role and help you to deal with the professional challenges that you will face. A suite of courses relevant to different grades and functions have been designed for our people. These courses are a mix of technical training (Audit, Advisory, and Tax specific), risk management and industry related courses. Our people also receive training aimed at developing their professional skills, such as presentations skills, time and project management, and how to lead and coach people.
