Through our commitment to our people, our values, embracing our diversity and our responsibility to our communities, we aim to create an environment in which our people are proud to work, and a rich pool of talents to support our clients' business. In 2006 an independent brand survey confirmed that our member firms' reputations are founded on our exceptional people.

Today, companies often refer to their values, but they do not necessarily define what exactly those values mean in practice in their daily business.
