Corporate Social Responsibility

KPMG employees, DoE representative and CCMI employee for KPMG’s Make a Difference Day (MaDD) 2010

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are an independent part of our business strategy and we take our responsibility of being a good corporate citizen extremely seriously.

We have built our approach on a strong heritage and continue to develop new solutions; whether it is through working closely with our communities, encouraging and enabling our own people to share their skills through volunteering, managing our environmental impacts, working alongside our suppliers or helping our clients deal with pressing global issues.

Sustainability is a major issue for the firm and our commitment is led by a team of employees and the partners from the firm. Our strategy is focused on the key areas of Community, Youth, Environment, Health and Diversity to deliver an integrated and embedded program of corporate social responsibility.

We have developed a suite of policies and programs to facilitate the implementation of our ambitions. Supporting specific targets in our community is important to us, we want to ensure that we are continually making a positive contribution to society and reporting our progress in an open and transparent way.

“We strive to inspire, challenge and empower our people to contribute positively to local communities and the environment, helping to create a sustainable future for us all.”  Kris Beighton, Partner and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility
