Experience
Mr. Lee joined KPMG in 1982. He has participated in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, restructuring, real estate development projects and related financial and tax advisory services.

Since 2011, Mr. Lee has been representing KPMG Korea tax division, working on tax structuring projects, tax due diligence, tax audit assistance, tax appeals and tax law amendments. He also has extensive experience in corporate tax, VAT etc.
