Master of Business Administration, Korea University, Seoul, 1988.
Certified Public Accountant (KICPA).

Experience
Since he joined KPMG, he has been audited large Korean listed companies such as Lotte Shopping and LG Household and Healthcare, etc. In addition, he has experiences in professional services such as financial due diligence services for significant national and cross-border deals, restructuring, Korean SOX and, recently, the establishment of holding companies for large national groups.
He is a member of KOSPI Market Listing & Disclosure Committee. In relation to KICPA, he is a head of Ethics Investigation & Deliberation Committee.
He is the current head of Consumer Markets division in KPMG Korea and head of PPC(People, Performance & Culture) division as well.
