The second of KPMG’s 3-part series on Enterprise 2.0 surveyed over 450 corporate executives from around the world and across a range of industries. The majority agree that adapting consumer-based Web 2.0 tools for commercial use has the potential to transform their businesses. But others see challenges and barriers that must be addressed before their organizations can realize the new technologies’ full potential.
