Corporate Citizenship

Rupendra Singh

As responsible corporate citizens, each year we focus on new ways to improve our programs and enhance our reach. The steady support of our leadership, and the enthusiasm and commitment of our people has heightened our impact in local communities.

With every passing year, the scope of our work has increased, as has its alignment with our core businesses. Our initiatives are aligned to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and focus also on national development issues. In the past year, we worked with partner organizations to address issues such as health and nutrition, quality education and environmental sustainability.

People are our biggest asset, and we fostered strong community relationships through the volunteering hours put in by them.

Our support towards disaster relief work through financial contributions and involvement of our people illustrates the potential we have to make a difference in our communities.

Some of the highlights of our initiatives last year are:

  • Capacity-building projects with our development partners
  • Our support towards strategic education programs
  • Drive towards responsible consumption in our offices and our communities

We hope you find this webpage informative and inspiring.

“I am greatly encouraged by the fantastic citizenship work being carried out by our firm in India. It is a wonderful testament to the vision and commitment of our firm’s leadership and people. The foresightedness in their planning translates to invaluable social investment being made towards the environment in the form of rainwater harvesting structures and solar installations in the local communities.

The recent disaster relief work they have supported by rebuilding communities in Raichur and Leh highlights their passion and dedication towards development and well being in the country. In short, an inspiring example of how we can have a positive impact in our communities by truly living by our values.

India is on the verge of a revolution in its services and wider economy. So now, more than ever, staying committed to the poor and our values is the defining thing to do.”
