The Accounting and Auditing Update, a monthly publication by KPMG in India aims at providing timely inputs on recent regulatory updates in addition to analytical articles on topics relevant to the sector.
The May 2013 edition of Accounting and Auditing Update shares some practical insights of what it take for an Indian company to do an IPO. It also examines accounting challenges faced by the oil and gas industry.
