We are able to deal with tax investigations and enquiries made by H M Revenue & Customs or the Isle of Man Tax Office into the tax affairs of individuals, associated trust structures and companies.

How we can help

 

The main areas on which we may provide advice and assistance are as follows:

 

  • Liaising directly with the tax authorities on the taxpayer’s behalf and supplying them with information, as required
  • Advising the taxpayer how to approach the enquiry and deal with it in the best possible way
