Performance development is a key part of the ongoing drive for a High Performance Culture. The process provides the framework to facilitate communication, discussion and the exchange of ideas between people and their performance managers. As part of our Performance Management programme, each employee undergoes two formal performance reviews per year and benefits from ongoing regular feedback.
