Who is the Typical Fraudster?

KPMG performed an international study to determine the average profile of a fraudster: someone who has worked in the company for several years and who rarely acts alone. The offenders share similar motives and despite red flags, often remain undetected for quite a while. The results show an increase in the proportion of offenders at both the upper management level and among staff.
