Our people & culture 

People are our greatest asset and most important differentiator. Our success is dependent on the quality of our partners and staff and the way everyone thinks and behaves. We have one of the most experienced teams of professionals in Indonesia, with many members having more than twenty years of experience.

Over 30 partners and directors are supported by over 550 professional staff. The principal languages used in our work are English and Indonesian; however, our staff includes professionals who are also fluent in written and spoken Japanese and Mandarin, as well as several Indonesian and Chinese dialects.

 

The partners, directors and professional staff include professionals from Australia, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. Some professionals also hold specialist and advanced degrees in economics and finance.

 

Our partners, directors and staff take active roles part in the affairs of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants and also sit on its various committees.

To enhance people development, we:

 

  • Conduct formal in-house training courses
  • Sponsor attendance at training courses and conference conducted by professional bodies in Indonesia and overseas as well as by KPMG on an international and regional basis
