Following the positive developments regarding Indonesian Transfer Pricing documentation requirements announced in November 2011 (see our TP Alert issued 29 November 2011) a further welcome change is included in a Government Regulation (GR 74/2011) issued on 29 December 2011. This regulation covers a number of topics in relation to taxpayers' rights and obligations and revokes GR 80 of 2007, the regulation which included the first mention of specific related-party transaction documentation requirements.
