Included within Government Regulation 74 issued on 29 December 2011 is a crucial change to the position for taxpayers facing adjustments which might result in double taxation. The regulation covers a number of issues regarding the rights and obligations of taxpayers, but this TaxNewsFlash covers only the changes relating to Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP).
