Call from outside the United States:
International access to the US toll free number will be via AT&T Direct which will enable callers from 150 countries to reach the number. For calls originating outside the US, callers must first dial the AT&T Direct access code for the country they are in. An English language voice prompt or an AT&T operator will ask for the number the caller is trying to reach. Callers then dial the US domestic toll free number: 1-800-576-4435.

Forgot User ID or Password
If you have forgotten your login ID or password, from the ARO Home Page select ‘Login Now’ to answer your security questions and reset your password. On screen hints are presented throughout the process.
