Stefan joined E.ON in September 2004 as a Project Manager in the M&A department. In 2010 Stefan worked as a Senior Manager in the Investment Management Department of Gazprom Germania before he re-joined E.ON and became Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions in February 2011. As such, Stefan is in particular responsible for E.ONs consolidation of its position in the German distribution and retail markets as well as E.ONs international transactions in the area of renewables. He holds a degree in Economics.
