Mr. Anton Inyutsyn was appointed as Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation in July 2012. Mr. Inyutsyn is responsible for issues related to energy saving and energy efficiency enhancement. He supervises the information policy of the Ministry including promotion of Russian energy projects in Russia and abroad.

 

He graduated from School of Economics of State University - Higher School of Economics in 2002. During his study he obtained an additional degree in Law&Economics. In October 2007 he was granted a Doctor’s degree in Legal sciences. In additional, in 2012 he obtained a qualification in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

 

Before his appointment as Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation he was employed in Internal Affairs Bodies in Central Office of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Worked in the State Duma, while participating in public policy projects. Since 2008 worked in Central Office of the Government of the Russian Federation as Head of Department for preparation of speeches of the Chairman of the Government. In May 2012 transferred to the Executive Office of the President to the position of Head of Department.

 

Awarded with the Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland of the 2nd grade and with the letter of appreciation from the President of the Russian Federation.
