He joined Akenerji in March 2009. Akenerji is a vertically integrated power utility in Turkish Power Market, owned by Akkok (Turkey) and CEZ (Czech Republic). He currently holds the responsibility of short and midterm pricing, demand forecast, generation optimization, forecasting and budgeting. He is responsible for the valuation models of green or brown field energy assets and privatizations for almost all energy sources.
He also supports the company’s five year business plan and strategy. Prior to his current position, he was in strategy department, responsible for valuation and modeling. He took important responsibilities in project development processes of Egemer, 900 MW Combined Cycle Gas Plant and Kemah, 200 MW Hydro Power Plant with first pump storage ability in Turkey.
