KPMG firms need both specialists and all-rounders, depending on the country. In this working environment there is a lot of client interaction. Relationships are key, so good people skills are essential – and so is the ability to deal with different nationalities.

The main requirement in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and UAE is Arabic language skill. Across the region there is a particular need for seconded resources at Senior Manager level and above.
