Russia is going through some serious changes at the moment and the career opportunities are endless. I recently became a manager and believe it’s much easier to move up the career ladder in Russia than anywhere else. It’s also so exciting to be in an organization that is growing so much a year in terms of its revenues and clients as you get to see a variety of different clients, the way they develop, and they way they cope with the emerging economy.
