Recruitment process 

Our process involves telephone interviews and a ‘look–see’ visit for certain positions (see our relocation page). After an offer has been made, and accepted, the process will take from one to three months to finalise all the details including permits and Visas.

For any new member of staff, it is critically important to quickly find your feet and begin to feel like ‘part of the family’. We are keen to help your transition into KPMG in Russia and the CIS and will help to ensure you confidently assume your new role. Our onboarding process consists of a number of initiatives which take place prior to joining KPMG’s Russian firm, on Day 1 and onwards. An important part of the process is our mandatory Classroom Induction Training attended by all new additions to KPMG shortly upon joining.
