OECD - Drafts of proposed changes to transfer pricing guidelines

June 6:   A “working party” of the OECD Committee on Fiscal Affairs today released the following discussion drafts of proposed changes to the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines (comments are due before 14 September 2012):

The OECD, as part of its project to improve the administrative aspects of transfer pricing, conducted a survey concerning measures existing in countries to simplify the application of transfer pricing rules. The key findings and the country responses were first published in June 2011. An updated analysis of existing transfer pricing simplification measures in 41 countries—OECD Multi-Country Analysis of Existing Transfer Pricing Simplification Measures—was released today.
