Estonia - VAT refunds; increased customs duties on U.S. imports 

May 17:  The deadline for refund applications for value added tax (VAT) paid in Estonia by foreign persons not registered as being liable for VAT is 30 September 2013.

Additional customs duties on imports of certain products originating in the United States apply as of 1 May 2013. The rate of customs duty on imports from the United States of sweet corn, base metal glasses and goggles, truck cranes, and certain types of jeans is 26%, instead of the prior customs duty rate of 6%.
