There is also a new rule concerning the individual income tax treatment of purchase and sale transactions involving virtual currency.

  • Concerning corporate income tax, there are new rules for filing a return (Form PLN203) for corporate sponsorships when amounts exceed Litas 50,000.

  • Excise duty return forms and the rules for their completion have been revised (Forms FR0630 and FR0630A and their annexes).
