CEE Property Lending Barometer 2010

Although banks are retaining their strict lending policies, KPMG’s Property Lending Barometer 2010 reveals that they are reopening to finance projects in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). In this paper, KPMG asked 50 of the leading banks within the region to assess the prospects for bank financing in the real estate sector.
