People who leave KPMG to advance their careers, or for other reasons, are never truly ‘lost’ to our firm. Most value the time they spent with us: the friends they made; the things they learned and the opportunities it provided to them.
For our part, we are proud of the achievements of our former colleagues. In so many walks of life in so many places, KPMG alumni are filling important and influential roles and making a difference.
Our Alumni Program recognizes the past and future contributions of former KPMG colleagues.
Member firms with an active Alumni Program maintain registers of former employees and partners, keep in touch with them, provide them with various resources and organize alumni events and activities offering opportunities to renew friendships and make business contacts.
Former KPMG people tell us they value the opportunity to maintain contact with us.
For some it may be a chance to see some familiar faces and exchange professional news. Others access valuable industry intelligence, discover how KPMG can help them overcome business problems, or gain entry to important professional or business networks.
Most alumni activity takes place within member firms. KPMG in Australia, for example, publishes a magazine called Alumination which is sent both electronically and in hard copy throughout the year. The magazine informs its alumni about current business issues and profiles the professional and personal achievements of individual alumni. KPMG in the U.S. offers its alumni a social networking forum and connections to current KPMG people as well as other alumni. Over a thousand documents a month are downloaded from the U.K. Alumni website which has an active alumni directory with over 11,000 registered members. Our member firms in Germany and India have both recently launched new alumni websites, alumni directories and other program offerings.
KPMG is committed to the Alumni Program. We welcome suggestions about how it can be improved and extended.
Access KPMG member firms' with an active national alumni program where you can register and learn about the activities on offer. If your country is not listed either click on email@example.com and you will be put in contact with the local alumni manager or check back periodically as more member firms are joining the Alumni Program. We will also be regularly adding new material to this site.
