Micky heads up the unit responsible for the provision of HR Advisory Services, and as such, has a wealth of experience in providing clients with support in the areas of compensation and benefits, development and coaching, outplacement services, and executive assessment and recruitment.

She commenced her career in accountancy with Arthur Andersen in Manchester, and subsequently spent 3 years as an HR consultant with the Michael Page and Harrison Willis Groups in the UK. Micky joined KPMG in the Isle of Man in 1997 as an auditor and went on to manage our accounting department.

In 2003, Micky moved to Advisory, specialising in HR related fields. Since then her focus has widened and she is now responsible for the strategic development of our wider Advisory offering.

Micky is Chair of the Employment & Training Committee of the IOM Chamber of Commerce.

In October 2012, Micky was appointed as Head of People and Change for the KPMG Offshore Group.
