Archie has a wealth of experience advising clients on the advantages that can be achieved through the appropriate use of information technology and systems in retail, online gaming and financial services, as well as considerable experience of designing cost-effective controls and control processes. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Information Security Manager, and is certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT.
Archie joined the Gibraltar/Isle of Man firm in July 2010, from KPMG in London where he was working as an IT Advisory Senior Manager for the Information, Communication and Entertainment practice, with a particular focus on online gaming clients. Archie has worked for KPMG in London since 2006 and before this was with BDO in London, where he worked on the public listings of 888, Playtech and PartyGaming amongst others.
Archie has been working with KPMG in Gibraltar and the Isle of Man for the past couple of years providing the IRM and IT Audit Assist roles on the audits of a number of our gaming clients and will now continue this role, as well as work with Russell Kelly, Mike Harvey and Micky Swindale to develop the gaming and IT Advisory practices across the Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
