Project start-up – graphic facilitation 

Too often, large, cross-functional projects end up becoming more expensive or lasting longer than originally planned. Therefore, careful preparations prior to start-up is key to building success and addressing onboarding and communication tasks and defining roles and responsibilities.

The project start-up workshop uncovers the numerous elements of the project. The workshop, which requires active participation of key stakeholders on the project, ends with an overall picture, including objectives, success criteria, process overview, etc.

 

The project start-up picture may be used as an internal sales tool, as a communication tool in the entire organisation and as an overall project overview. This gives the project group an overview of the scope, deadlines and success criteria of the project and improves the planning process.
