How do we assist our clients

With our strong in-house expertise we can help you design and execute your business and strategic plan - irrespective of the geographical location.

Companies that aim to enter or expand into the Chinese market face a wide range of challenges which need to be properly addressed.

We offer a number of services to help address these challenges, and our advice takes many forms: from market entry feasibility studies to investment holding structuring, to tax planning and compliance, to merger and acquisitions as well as post-deal integration advisory, to global supply chain management, to corporate governance.

For Chinese companies which are planning to enter the Danish market or expand their business in Denmark, we also offer a full range of services: advice on the appropriate legal entity and optimum taxation/VAT structure, preparing all legal business documents, handling business registrations, all matters concerning employees including visa, insurance, labour law, etc. We will assist you with the day-to-day management of your bookkeeping, accounting and payroll administration, if needed.
