UN Global Compact Dilemmaspillet er blevet spillet af virksomhedsledere, bestyrelser, managere, NGOer og universiteter i over 40 lande. Spillet kan bruges med forskellige træningsperspektiver for øje, blandt andet til at identificere risici og problemer med, demonstrere CSR business casen i sin virksomhed, uddanne medarbejdere i den praktiske implementering og håndtering af Global Compact og stakeholder involvering, samt til at teste eller understrege virksomhedens politiker.

You are involved in the recruitment of a new receptionist. In the past it has been difficult to find suitably qualified and experienced candidates for this job. Together with your manager you are shortlisting the applications for interview. You notice that your manager seems to be rejecting any application with a ’foreign’ name and is not selecting them for an interview. You think one or two of these candidates are well qualified and would like to interview them.
What do you do?
You have four possible choices you can make in response to this dilemma. Select the action you will take:
- Option A (PDF 0,1 mb): Nothing, you are sure your manager has good reasons for not wanting to interview them
- Option B (PDF 0,1 mb):
Ask your manager to explain why she does not want to interview them, and challenge her decision
- Option C (PDF 0,1 mb):
Say nothing to your manager but tell her superior what happened, and let them decide what to do
- Option D (PDF 0,1 mb):
Say nothing to your manager but speak to the Human Resources department. Ask them to send out a memo to managers reminding them of the company’s recruitment and equal opportunities policies
