Lean Healthcare Green Belt Training

KPMG in Canada offers an advanced Lean Green Belt program that is comprised of 6 days of in-class training focused on Lean concepts and tools, the use of data to inform decisions and change management concepts in support of sustainable improvements. This highly popular training offering combines theory and practical application to instill Lean thinking in participants, having them walk away with more than just a set of tools. The curriculum and exercises have been tailored to healthcare based on our experience working side-by-side with healthcare organizations on operational improvements.

Lean Healthcare Green Belt Certification requirements include:

Completion of a Project within 6 months of the course
Passing of a multiple choice assessment

Program Fee

$2,850 covers the six-day Lean Healthcare Green Belt training program including materials, lunch and a coffee break each day. Upon registration, you will receive email confirmation including directions to the training site.

Training Dates

Dates: May 22 to 24 and June 26 to 28, 2013
(6 days total - 3 days per week)
