JP Eskander, M.Eng, MBA, Lean Black Belt, JP has more than 15 years of performance improvement working in a variety of industries that include petrochemical, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, banking, retail, automotive, non-for-profit, and food, electronics and furniture manufacturing.  He has a reputation for providing a system perspective to transformation projects that aligns front line staff activities with executives and board goals producing proven and lasting results.

 

Govind Adaikappan, MASc, Lean Black Belt, has over 7 years experience within the healthcare sector; specializing in performance measurement, process improvement and operations analysis. Govind is a certified Lean Healthcare Black Belt and is the primary designer of the Lean Healthcare Green Belt training program.

 

Henry Hobbs, BEng, MSc, Henry has several years of Lean leadership experience across both healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors including 3 years as the Continuous Improvement Manager at a multinational Japanese pharmaceutical company. He has delivered over 100 Lean training sessions throughout Europe and North America across multiple industries.

 

Danièle Ingleton, BBA, Lean Sigma Black Belt, Danièle is an accomplished Lean Sigma coach with over 10 years of global experience in process improvement. She has diverse project management and coaching experience, having worked across the healthcare value stream and within IT, Finance, HR and Supply Chain Management. Danièle specializes in coaching organizations through their Lean Sigma journey, project management, training and driving cultural transformations.
