On June 16th, 2009 an order was made by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice appointing KPMG Inc. as Interim Receiver and Receiver (“the Receiver”) of Polymer Technologies Inc.

In addition, Polymer Technologies Inc was deemed to have made an assignment in bankrupt on June 16, 2009 and KPMG Inc. was appointed Trustee
