KPMG’s Aboriginal Scholarship Program 

KPMG's Aboriginal Client Services team proudly presents the 2014 Aboriginal Scholarship Program. This program was first launched in 2012 and is available to First Nations and Aboriginal post-secondary students in the pursuit of post-secondary education in the fields of Business or First Nations Financial Administration across Canada.

Program details

Each year, five full-time First Nations and Aboriginal students are awarded $1,500 CDN based on:

  • Future plans to support the Aboriginal community
  • Future career plans
  • Current and/or projected financial situation
  • Current involvement in the Aboriginal community and other organizations
  • Grade point average

To be eligible you must be:

  • A Canadian citizen
  • A Status Indian, non-status Indian, Inuit, Innu or Métis
  • A full-time student who is currently enrolled in, or has been accepted to, a university or community college
  • Pursuing studies of Business or First Nations Financial Administration

Application process

Please note that the due date to submit the 2014/2015 scholarship application has passed. The 2015/2016 scholarship application will be available in May 2015.
