Vernon

Daniel Healey
Senior Manager
Vernon
danielhealey@kpmg.ca

I joined KPMG in 2004 after writing the Uniform Final Exam. I spent four years in our Okanagan-Thompson practice before moving to Ontario to work in our Advisory / Consulting Practice. In the Autumn of 2010 I relocated back to the Okanagan where I currently work in the KPMG Enterprise practice and focus on audit and assurance engagements. I work with clients in a variety of industries including mining, manufacturing, construction retail and not-for-profit.

While at KPMG I have had the opportunity to be part of the National Learning group at KPMG which has enabled me to take part in facilitating learning initiatives across the country. I have also had the opportunity to work across Canada and the US on a variety of different client projects.

When not at work I can usually be found on the ski hill in the winter and on a lake either kayaking or fly fishing in the summer. I also own an old house and an old Land Rover, both of which are in need of constant repair.

Some of Danny's hobbies include volleyball, softball and drag racing. He is a member of the Vernon Rotary and enjoys volunteering at Rotary such as blood donor clinics, and community events for children, families, and senior citizens. Danny got married in the fall of 2010 to his lovely wife Danielle.
