Our values 

KPMG’s global values define us as a firm for ourselves, for our clients, and for the marketplace. Our values describe who we are, what we do, and how we do it. Our values also help us attract and keep quality people, develop relationships with the appropriate clients, and protect and enhance our reputation. We aim to incorporate them into our relationships with our clients and colleagues so that they are reflected in the work we do every day and in the relationships we have with each other and with our clients.

Our values create a sense of shared identity within the KPMG organization, which is a network of over 5,000 team members working in 32 offices in our three core service areas. Our values help us to work together in the most effective and fulfilling way. They define what we stand for and how we do things.

Code of Conduct

 

Our Canadian code is based on KPMG’s Global Code of Conduct and describes the global principles and standards of ethical conduct that govern all KPMG member firms around the world. Both documents are underpinned by the value of integrity—one of KPMG’s seven global core values.

 

The Code articulates our commitment to the highest principles of personal and professional conduct—how our people relate to each other; what we expect of our clients and vendors; and what our clients, vendors, and the marketplace should expect of us. The spirit of the Code is expressed in the maxim “do the right thing, the right way.”
