This document represents the protocol to be followed by the Trustee and Administrator in distributing the HCV Fund pursuant to Article 5.12 of the Plan and the Settlement Orders in the Pre-86/Post-90 Class Actions. The intent of this protocol is to provide a fair, expeditious and cost-effective distribution procedure. This protocol should be interpreted with these goals in mind.
