Hepatitis C Claims Administration

Welcome to the site of KPMG Inc., the Administrator of the claims relating to the Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) pursuant to the settlement with the Canadian Red Cross Society for persons infected prior to January 1, 1986 or between July 2, 1990, and September 28, 1998.

TERMINATION DATE: OCTOBER 5, 2011

The Settlement Plan with the Canadian Red Cross Society provided for the Hepatitis C (HCV) Fund to be open for ten year period. October 5, 2011 was the tenth anniversary of the implementation of the above-mentioned Settlement Plan. As confirmed by the Courts, it is no longer possible to submit new claims or to complete existing incomplete claims.

This document represents the Notice of Certification and Approval of Settlement Agreement in the Pre-1986, Post-1990 Hepatitis C Claims against the Canadian Red Cross Society (CRCS) and others.
