On December 16, 2005, KPMG Inc. was appointed Monitor of West Bay SonShip Yachts Ltd.
The Monitor confirms that effective June 21, 2006, the resolution passed to approve the revised plan of arrangement (the "Plan") proposed by West Bay SonShip Yachts Ltd. as the requisite majority of creditors in both creditor classes voted in favour of the Plan. The Court approved the Plan on June 23, 2006.
