Raymor Industries Inc. 

Pursuant to an Order rendered on March 30, 2009 by the Court of Appeal of Quebec, KPMG Inc. was appointed Trustee under the Notice of intention to file a proposal as well as Interim Receiver. KPMG Inc. was appointed for each of the following companies.

  • Gestion Raymor Inc.
  • Raymor Aerospace Inc.
  • Raymor Nanotech Inc.
  • AP&C Revêtement & Poudres Avancées Inc.
  • Raymor Industries Inc.

 

These companies are collectively referred as the "Raymor Group".

 

On April 15, 2009, the Raymor Group filed a joint proposal. The meeting of creditors will be held on April 30th, 2009, at 3:00 pm at the office of the Official Receiver, 5, Place Ville-Marie, 8th floor, Montreal (Quebec). The following documents are available on the site:
