Trustee Update - May 17, 2012
On May 15, 2012 MacKinnon Transport Inc. filed its proposal with the Official Receiver. The proof of claim and voting letters along with a copy of the proposal were mailed to creditors.
The meeting of creditors is set for Friday, June 1, 2012 at 10AM at the Holiday Inn Cambridge, 200 Holiday Inn Drive, Cambridge, Ontario.
You must file your proof of claim with the Trustee prior to the meeting of creditors to be eligible to vote at the meeting. You may also file your voting letter or proxy prior to the meeting to record your vote on the proposal or vote at the meeting.
A copy of the creditor mailing package (including the proof of claim form, voting letter, proxy, proposal and the report of the Trustee on the proposal) are below in pdf format entitled "MacKinnon Creditor Proposal Package" should you wish to download the documents.
As set out in the Trustee's report, the Trustee is recommending acceptance of the proposal.
